Don't forget to sign up for the Walmart Free Samples here. There is also a link on the left hand side of the blog. There are some new ones up. These are the most reliable (and fast) free samples I have come across.
If you are worried about SPAM or giving out too much information for freebies, consider opening another email account especially for stuff like this. I don't put my exact birthday either when they request it. Usually the reason they want it is to know what demographic they are targeting. I type in the right year, but a different day, just as a precaution.
