Free music class for you and your child

A good friend of mine, Jentry Barrett, teaches music lessons. I have known her since we were very young, and as long as I have known her, she has been a talented musician. Read on for information on how you can experience her talent with your toddler or preschooler for FREE! This is a wonderful experience. I have even considered borrowing a child so I can go!

"This upcoming fall Jentry Barrett will start teaching some Kindermusik classes at Harris Music Studio. As part of her licensing she needs to teach a 4 week practice course. This course would be free and each session would last about 50 minutes. The class is for 18 month-4 year olds and a parent. She is teaching these classes on Wednesdays in August (5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th) at 2:00 at Harris Music Studio (27th and Pine Lake). If there is enough interest she will also teach another at 3:00 and at 6:00 (same days).

"This class is a really neat bonding experience with you and your child. We make music with instruments, sing, and play. This exposes your child to music, but it also helps them develop cognitively, socially, emotionally and physically. 99% of parents who do Kindermusik would recommend it to a another parent. If you are interested email Jentry at jentrybarrett@gmail.com. To learn more about Kindermusik you can visit their website at www.kindermusik.com. You can also visit her blog at polkadotsound.wordpress.com to learn more about Jentry."

  1. Dang it, Soapy won't be old enough!. She'll turn 1 next week. I would do this in a second if she were old enough.

  2. Anna, Jentry talked to me and said that Soapy is more than welcome to participate. Please feel free to contact her! For some reason when she tried to post this comment herself it didn't work.
