If you didn't print the $10/3 coupon earlier, I think you still can when you register here. This also has a $2/1 and $5/2 coupon. CVS has quite a few eligible items for $7 this week. If you prefer, you can also print a $2/1 MQ here or here. If you use 3-$2/1 coupons, and buy 3 $7 items, your total would be about $15. If you have EB to use, it will be even cheaper.
At regular price, I would have spent $27.79 (granted, it would be a rip-off so I wouldn't do it). With sales, coupons, and EB, I spent $1.77. A savings of 94%!
