Also, for those of you interested Hobby Lobby has been offering their cake decorating classes for half price. $17.50 but, that's better than $35! It's once a week, for two hours, for 4 weeks.
Included in the cost of the class is the Course 1 manual which is about 45 pages of cake decorating instructions and great pictures! It includes the Buttercream Icing recipe and practice sheets. They sell the manual at Hobby Lobby, I can't remember how much but I think it was around $5.00. Then at the end of the course Wilton gives each student a $15.00 gift certificate for Wilton products. That means, if you take the class for half price, they are paying you to take the course!!! Can't beat that!
