A really nice salesman at Sears told me that sales often start the evening before they they are advertised as starting (after 5 p.m.).
I decided to try it out.
There is a 40% off sale on Dockers suits that was advertised as starting tomorrow. There was only one suit in my husband's size left, and I wanted to be sure to get it. So, following this salesman's advice, I went to buy the suit this evening after 5 p.m. It was on sale!
Does anybody know if this true of other stores?
